On November 18, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Lazio will restart the eagle release ceremony at home.

Nearly a year after its last flight, the eagle will return to Lazio to perform before the home game. In January, following the scandal surrounding the former falconer, the club decided to terminate its cooperation with its former falconer Juan Bernabe, but also suspended the eagle release ceremony that had been going on since 2010 and was especially popular with children. Without Eagle, it becomes difficult for Lazio to score points at home: 5 wins, 5 draws and 8 losses.

Lazio Club has identified its new Eagle and proudly displayed the news on its social media. A new falconer (yet to be announced) will now be responsible for training the eagle in preparation for the home eagle release ceremony. This will take several weeks, with the first flight likely not taking place until 2026.

The club also plans to hold a fan voting event to allow fans to name the new eagle. This event was also held in 2010, when a popularity survey was conducted on the official website. After many rounds of screening, in addition to "Olympia", the three names with the highest votes were "Libera", "Victoria" and "Skegia".

Former falconer Juan Bernabe responded to the photos posted by the club in a video posted on Instagram: "The eagle that appears in all the social media photos related to the new eagle is Olympia. Things are getting worse, like a joke. Hugs."
