Chelsea official: Former Liverpool recruitment director Fallows has joined and will be responsible for data/scouting

Hupu News November 01 Chelsea Football Club is pleased to announce that Dave Fallows has officially joined the club’s sports leadership team and will officially join on November 1, with a contract until 2031.

Dave will be responsible for football development-related work, focusing on scouting and data analysis, player loan and development systems, and the overall development and progress of the football team.

The sports leadership team is led by joint sports directors Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley, and includes Sam Jewell and Joe Shields.

Dave will work closely with them to build an integrated football leadership system for the club.
