US media proposes a deal that the Mavericks cannot refuse! Wenban Irving welcomes his best partner

The US media proposed a deal that the Mavericks could not refuse!

In one possible trading scheme, the San Antonio Spurs will trade with the Dallas Mavericks and pair Victor Wembanyama with Cooper Flagg. In 1993, the Warriors sent three future first-round picks to the Orlando Magic in exchange for the third pick Penny Hardaway (University of Memphis) and the first pick Chris Webber (University of Michigan). That sounds reasonable, because Flag will replace Weber—like Flag, a super rookie who just finished a great college career—and Dylan Harper will replace Hardway as a tall, dynamic defender. To fill the gap, San Antonio will send out three draft assets to help Dallas supplement its rather barren draft reserves. The Mavericks will add a later No. 2 signature option to the 2025 draft, a potentially attractive 2027 unprotected Hawks first-round option, and their own 2030 swap rights, which they initially sent to San Antonio in a three-team signing and trading agreement that brought Grant Williams to Dallas.

This deal is very reasonable for the San Antonio Spurs, who can build a future frontcourt roster without losing any future draft picks, perhaps, this frontcourt roster will dominate the NBA for the foreseeable future. As long as the Mavericks love Harper (or Ace Bailey, or VJ Edgecombe, or any other choice in No. 2) is close to their preference for Flag, the deal is also very reasonable for them

Flag, Wenbin Yama, Fox, Castle! The GDP + Robinson combination takes off directly!

Irving's best partner: Hubble + Irving's backcourt combination

Irving + Hubble + Dark eyebrows + Lively + PJ's combination will be more reasonable! The Mavericks also have more draft assets in the future
