The Heat signed four players in one go, and their performances all seem to be good at it?
The Miami Heat officially announced that the team has signed four players and increased the total number of the team's roster to 21. The four players are backcourt player Jahmir Young, backcourt player Gabe Madsen, backcourt player Trevor Keels and inside player Dain Dainja. According to Ira Winderman, a reporter from Miami local media The South Florida Sun Sentinel, these players received a training camp contract containing Exhibit 10 terms, and they all had the opportunity to launch a two-way contract. Yang was born in October 2000 and is not yet 25 years old. He is 188cm tall and weighs 84kg. He was the undraft in the NBA draft last year. In the NBA regular season last season, Yang played 4 games in total, with averaging 4.9 minutes per game, averaging 1.8 points, 0.5 rebounds and 1 assist, 0.2 turnovers and 0.3 fouls, with 80% shooting percentage, 50% from three-point shooting percentage and 100% from free throw percentage. In the NBA Development League last season, Yang played 43 times on behalf of the Wind City Bulls, a subordinate team of Grand Rapids Gold and Bulls, with averaging 34.3 minutes per game, with averaging 21.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, 7.1 assists, 1.9 steals, 0.3 blocks, and 3 turnovers and 1.4 fouls. His shooting percentage was 46.7%, his three-point shooting percentage was 30.2%, and his free throw shooting percentage was 81.9%. Previously, Yang represented the Bulls in the NBA Summer League. He played 5 games in the summer league, averaging 20.1 minutes per game, averaging 13.6 points, 1.8 rebounds, 4 assists, and 0.8 steals. He also had 2.4 turnovers and 0.4 fouls. His shooting percentage was 53.3%, his three-point shooting percentage was 56.3%, and his free throw shooting percentage was 84.6%. Madsen was born in May 2001 and is 24 years old, 198cm tall and weighs 92kg. He is the undraft in this year's NBA draft. In the NCAA game last season, Madson made a total of 33 appearances for the University of Utah, where he was, with averaging 29.7 minutes per game, averaging 15.2 points, 2.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.1 blocks, and 1.9 turnovers and 1.5 fouls. His shooting percentage was 37.1%, three-point shooting percentage was 32.2%, and free throw shooting percentage was 85.4%. Madson previously represented the Warriors in the NBA Summer League. He played 6 times in the summer league, averaging 14 minutes per game, averaging 9.2 points, 1.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1 steal, and 1.5 turnovers and 0.7 fouls. He shot 50% from the field, 41.9% from three-point shooting percentage and 60% from free throws. Killes was born in August 2003 and is 22 years old, 193cm tall and weighs 100kg. He is the 42nd pick in the second round of the 2022 NBA Draft. Last season, Keels played for the Iowa Wolves, a subordinate team of the Minnesota Timberwolves in the NBA Development League. He played a total of 46 games in the NBA Development League, averaging 36.6 minutes per game, averaging 19.8 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1 steal, and 2.5 turnovers and 1.8 fouls. He shot 44.2% from the field, 36.9% from three-point shooting percentage and 78.6% from free throws. Previously, Keirs represented the Detroit Pistons in the NBA Summer League. He played 4 games in the summer league, averaging 13.1 minutes per game, averaging 6.5 points, 1.2 rebounds and 0.5 assists, and 0.8 turnovers, shooting percentage of 43.5%, three-point shooting percentage of 28.6%, and free throw shooting percentage of 100%. Dai Yinjia was born in July 2002. He is 23 years old, 206cm tall and weighs 116kg. He was the 2025 NBA Draft. Last season, Dayinja played for Memphis University. He played 35 games in the NCAA, averaging 27.1 minutes per game, averaging 14.6 points, 7.4 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 0.9 steals and 1.3 blocks, including 2.8 frontcourt rebounds, 2.8 turnovers and 2.9 fouls, with a shooting percentage of 61.5% and a free throw percentage of 58.6%. Previously, Dai Yinjia represented the Heat in the NBA Summer League. He played 5 games in the summer league, averaging 13.4 minutes per game, averaging 9.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, 0.4 assists, 0.4 steals and 0.2 blocks, and 1.2 turnovers and 2.4 fouls, with a shooting percentage of 61.5% and a free throw percentage of 58.3%. These players include 3 backcourt players and one inside player. Several players have different positions, but many of them have performed quite well in the NBA Development League or the NCAA and the previous NBA Summer League, and they are also very distinctive players. I wonder if any of these players will seize the last chance and get the chance to stay in the team through their training camp and preseason performances.
