Open-air stands propose a three-party transaction:

Rockets get: Durant;

Suns get: Jaylen Green, Jabbarry Smith Jr., No. 10 in 2025 (from the Rockets), 2026 first-round pick (from the Wizards), 2027 first-round pick (from the Rockets), 2027 first-round pick (from the Rockets);

Wizards get: Langdale (used with Valanciunas's special transaction example), 2025 No. 29 in 2025 (from the Suns), 2029 first-round pick (from the Suns, the Cavaliers, Timberwolves and Jazz with the lowest pick).

Note: The Suns' first round pick in 2026 is in the hands of the Wizards, and the first round pick in 2027 and the first round pick in 2029 are in the hands of the Rockets.
