This is an incredible place. I don't know how many sports there are in the United States, but look at how universities focus on developing various sports and then you can choose. If you want to be an athlete, I think there is no better place than here, there are so many opportunities. Every time we come here to compete in the preseason, the organization from the airport, hotel to all kinds of facilities is perfect. We are always very comfortable here and are happy every time we come here!

We didn't see the sunshine after arriving in Philadelphia, just like the four or five days in Boca Raton - it was an amazing place, wet but with sea breeze. We did a great training and after that, the players were completely free to move and they would spend a good time together.

The weather is very good now, but I don't know what will happen at noon tomorrow. But we will adapt, after all, both teams play under the same conditions...

Talking about Gralish did not go with the team-

Gallish communicated with the club and made the most appropriate decision. He is a very good player. The only reason why he failed to play last season was my decision. We decided he had to get a chance to play, and the club was honest, so did he. He is highly respected and loved by the team, and we think the best choice for him is to find a place that will allow him to play stably, get him back to his treble-time form, or return to his level at Aston Villa.

Without Gallish, we would not be able to win the Triple Crown, and it would be more difficult. But he hasn't played much in the past two seasons, and he needs to play to stay in shape, hoping to play every three days and prove himself again.

Glalish's future? I have no idea. If he is not here, we will keep moving forward. Now he decided not to participate in the Club World Cup, I don’t know what will happen. In the end, if he doesn’t find a new club, he will come back and continue to be a Manchester City player.

Manchester City's new season captain: B Se, Dias, Rodri, Haaland -

As the head coach, this is the first time in my career that I have decided to be the captain. I don't like the situation last season, so I decided who will represent the team this season, and I made the decision this season, and sometimes I want to be the boss... so I chose four captains. When this Club World Cup ends, maybe we will add one or two more captains.

Haland is still young, but he needs to start learning the meaning of being a captain, because I hope he can play here for many years, and sooner or later he will become the first captain. With B Seal, Ruben Dias, Rodri, and the incredible captain Gundogan during the Triple Crown era, he can learn a lot! I decided this way because he is highly respected and an important person.

But it is important for me that, given the club's future, he must start learning the meaning of being a captain and thinking about what is best for the team. The role of captain is sometimes complicated and sometimes simple. You have to always put the team, teammates and club first! Ask yourself all the time: "What is the most beneficial to the team? "When you make a decision based on this principle, you will never make mistakes. This is the captain's responsibility.

B Xi is an amazing person, who has never been injured for nine years, always stands up in difficulties and leads by example. He speaks out when he needs to say anything to me or to the players because it's the best for the club. As for Reuben, there is no need to say much about his past performance, so is Rodri.

They will coach newcomers because there will always be problems on this road, which is normal. We will strive to find the most favorable solution for the team. These three or four players are on the court, and when things are not good, they always say, "Guys, we have to do this. Can't accept the status quo" and then come forward. That's why I chose them.

Look at B and Ruben Dias just finished the UEFA League final and came back in a day or two. The competitions are continuous. I don’t know when we can take a few days off, and then the Premier League will begin. So I'm glad to have these players and hope they can help us adapt as soon as possible.

We talked to Klopp, but not about Linders. At some point I mentioned Linders, and Klopp gave him a high evaluation, after all, he was a key figure in Liverpool's most successful period. I thought about it for a while before I made the decision, but I didn't contact Linders directly, either because he was in Salzburg and has been at Liverpool in recent years. I asked Klopp for permission because I didn't want to cross the line. I asked him: "Will there be any problem talking to him?" He said he would not. So we chatted and decided to give it a try after a day or two.

I am really lucky that every assistant I met in my career has helped me incredibly and they have made me a better coach. I'm sure Kloe Toure, especially Linders, would help me. It is essentially a process of learning from each other; I absorbed his knowledge, and since we met, we have discussed tactics, football and training every day, and he is always inspiring.
